CGC will provide information on products and services (“Materials”) on the Site.

Any products manufactured by third party companies (“Non CGC Products”, or web sites operated by third parties (“Third Party Site”) are mentioned on this Site for information purposes only and should not be taken as being endorsed or recommended by CGC.

CGC makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety or suitability for any Non CGC Products. You must order Non CGC Products directly from the relevant vendor and all associated contracts, licences and warranties will be made between you and the relevant vendor and will not involve Capri Sharks in any liability whatsoever.

CGC does not assert any proprietary rights to any Non CGC Products, or associated brand names mentioned on this Site.

If you use a link from this Site to a Third Party Site, you acknowledge that CGC has no control over the content of a Third Party Site and that CGC has no responsibility for any transaction arising from your link to a Third Party Site.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY ARISING FROM SITE USE
